David Dolezal - Founder and Chairman

David Dolezal, inventor with a passion for driving innovation that benefits people, began his career in civil engineering. His path led ultimately to ownership and management of an award-winning construction company in Minneapolis, Minnesota, his native state.

Mr. Dolezal’s career took a major turn when he recognized an urgent health deficiency in the building and development industries. With construction sites rife with pollutants and toxins, filtration masks were not effective, and were often left unused due to discomfort and hindrance.

Wanting to solve this problem for workers and the industry, Mr. Dolezal assembled a team of experts in science, medicine, business, engineering and marketing, to design a targeted, effective, comfortable and discreet personal filtration system with over 20 patents.

Further research with his invention revealed entirely new applications for his revolutionary nasal dilator/breathing aid. Mr. Dolezal found it to be effective in alleviating snoring, improving athletic performance, lessening allergy symptoms, and providing temporary relief of deviated septa. His determination in having his invention reach and help people led to the formation of AirWare™, Inc.

As Founder and Chairman of AirWare, a company of "caring experts" Mr. Dolezal continues his quest for solving people’s problems through quality, creativity, science and innovation.

Mr. Dolezal established AirWare in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he has lived since 2006. His personal interests are research and development, golf, horses, travel and self-education in a wide variety of subjects. He speaks Hebrew and is an intermediate student of Mandarin Chinese, which he is learning out of deep respect for his Chinese business colleagues.

Mindi S. Osborn - President & CEO

Mindi Osborn is a CEO with extensive credentials in accounting, finance, strategy development and execution. She is a CPA with a BSBA degree from Boston University’s School of Management, and has an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Mrs. Osborn has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for 18 years. She was a Senior Vice President at Dyansen Corporation, and owned Osborn Financial Group, LLC for fourteen years. Mrs. Osborn is currently the President and CEO of AirWare™, Inc. an international medical device company that manufactures and markets Brez® nasal breathing aids for alleviating snoring.

Recruited to lead AirWare in April of 2008, Mrs. Osborn took a product concept to national presence in the OTC market within eight months. This included business start-up, clinical testing, market research, strategy development, investor funding, procuring a distribution channel and manufacturing contractor, advertising, and personal selling to key retail outlet chains.

Mrs. Osborn is currently spearheading AirWare’s international expansion into Europe, Asia and other countries, as well as the strategic launch of Brez in the USA.

Future AirWare products will include a filtered nasal dilator to alleviate issues with pollution, allergies, toxins and dust particles.

Mrs. Osborn has been married to Jim Osborn for 15 years and they reside in Scottsdale, Arizona with their son Dillon. She is a member of The National Association of Professional Women and of The Fashion Group.

Robert J. (Bob) Zappa - Director of Sales & Distribution

Bob brings more than 35 years of national and international success in distribution and sales to the AirWare team, as well as a healthy dose of enthusiasm. He has extensive knowledge, from establishing distribution for national brand products, to introducing state of the art high-tech healthcare lines. Bob has had positions as President and Director of successful public companies, as well as forming several of his own distribution companies.

Michael Doll - Director of Engineering, Research and Development

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering, manufacturing business development fields. He specializes in facilitating customer-focused product specification, development, design and manufacturing. Michael has previously held positions that include Senior Technical Consultant, Engineering and Project Manager Professional, Consulting Engineer, Senior Design Engineer and Director of Engineering.
