I asked hubby to try them out, the first night he was a little nervous about having something in his nose ...little by little he has been adjusting to them, until finally he could tolerate them all night.  I can say that I haven't heard any snoring lately :) which has been a big plus in my book!  We even took them on vacation, and they came in very handy in their individual packets...I look forward to many sleep filled nights!

What a difference it has made in my life. I am sleeping so much better, therefore I feel better during the day. The only way that I have been able to sleep all night is by taking Ambien and then feel groggy all day. So this really is a wonderful product.
